Tell us where the
numbers stop
agreeing.
You do not need a brief, a budget or a shortlist. The useful first message is the symptom: the invoice that keeps being wrong, the close that keeps slipping, the auditor's question nobody can answer from the system. We will tell you whether it is a problem we can actually fix.
01 — Write to us
solutions@jinix.co.inWhat happens after
you press send.
No sequence of nurture emails. One of us reads it, and replies within a business day — usually with two or three questions, because the symptom you describe is rarely where the fault is.
If the problem is one we work on, we will propose a systems assessment. Two to three weeks, one or two of our people. We trace the actual path a deal takes through your stack — CRM to CPQ to billing to ledger — read the configuration rather than the documentation, sit with the people who do the month-end close, and find the places where the systems have quietly stopped agreeing with each other.
It ends in a written diagnostic: what is broken, what it is costing, what to fix first, and what it would cost to fix. The document is yours. You own it whether you engage us afterwards, engage someone else, or do it in-house with your own team. There is no obligation attached to it and no clause that says otherwise.
And if the honest answer is that your stack is fine and the problem is process, or headcount, or a decision nobody has made yet, that is what the document will say. We would rather write that than sell you a migration.
Or write directly to solutions@jinix.co.in
02 — How we engage
Four modelsSo you can see the shape of a real engagement before you write in. Almost everyone starts at the first row, and a good number of them stop there.
| Engagement | What you get |
|---|---|
| Systems assessment | Diagnostic of the current Q2R path, a prioritised remediation roadmap, and a costed plan. |
| Implementation | Build, configuration, integration, UAT, and cutover on your chosen platform. |
| Platform migration | Data migration, dual-run, reconciliation, and decommissioning of the legacy stack. |
| Fractional RevOps | Standing advisory, backlog ownership, and escalation cover for your revenue systems. |
We will tell you what we actually think, so the recommendation at the end of an assessment is the one we would make if we were paying for it.
