JINIX Solutions works on the system that collects a company's revenue and the system that protects it. We work in the platform you already run, which means the recommendation at the end of an engagement is the one we would make if we were paying for it.
01 — What we are
And whyEvery business runs two flows of money it cannot afford to get wrong: the one that carries revenue in, and the controls that keep illicit money out. Both are assembled from systems bought at different times, by different people. Both fail at the handoffs between them, which is where an implementation partner stops and nobody else starts.
We build in the platform you already run. We are not trying to move you onto a different one, and we have nothing to gain from the answer being expensive.
02 — How we work
Seven commitments- We start with a written diagnostic. You own it whether or not you hire us.
- We work in your stack. Nothing we build stops working when we leave.
- If the answer is the platform you already own, we will say so. Not every problem needs a new system, and most of the ones we see do not.
- We quote a scope and a duration, not an open-ended retainer.
- We hand over documentation before we go. A consultancy you cannot fire is a liability.
- We tell you when the problem is not the one you asked us about.
- We do not staff an engagement with people who learned the domain on the way to the kickoff.
